Rags 2 Riches was a highlight of the 2024 Brite Lights Maine Anjou sale in Oklahoma City, selected and now owned in partnership with DK Brown Farms (IA). He is a direct son of Memphis Mafia out of a prolific flush mate sister to BNWZ Data Bank that has all the basic fundamentals, correctness and the look we all desire. His donor dam, “Caly,” as we call her, stems from the prolific Sullivan Farms program and has stepped into our donor rotation, producing two national champion Maine Angus females in three short years as well as division winners at majors across the country. Daughters have averaged well for us, with an Epic daughter topping the list at $40,000 to Clark Cattle of Texas. This is the first male offspring produced from Caly, and we are simply elated at the quality she has given us once again. Each year our industry searches for the next sire that has the ability to be a difference maker, and we truly believe Rags to Riches is just that sire!
