Payment Terms
- 14% will be added to all Credit Card orders.
- 2Payment is due at the time of your order. All balances not paid within 30 days of invoicing will be subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5%.
- $5% discount will be given for ordering and paying 30 days in advance.
- 3If you are buying semen, there will be no handling charges on certificates. Handling charge on certificate-only orders: 4% or $5.00 per bull (whichever is greater).
- 4Certificates must be paid for in advance.

Tank Return Policy
Important Return Information
When sending UPS Ground, we will send an RS return label with the shipment. This is NOT a call tag. UPS will not pick up automatically!
Please drop off at the nearest UPS shipping station, give to any driver, or call 800-742-5877 to schedule a pick-up. There will be a $10 pick-up fee if the pick-up option is chosen.
To avoid additional shipping charges, you must return the tank within a 10-day period using only the RS label we provided.
All tanks not returned in 10 days are subject to a $5.00 per day service charge for every day the tank is not returned.
